I've been in the messy middle.
I could tell you about the MIT engineering degree, or the 30 years advising Fortune 500 industrial operations, municipalities, and public agencies. But that's just the resume. The real work happened in the trenches: standing inside manufacturing facilities and industrial plants, seeing waste streams that made no sense, watching brilliant people freeze because the regulatory systems felt too complex to change.
